Do you offer self-install and professional installation?
Yes. Self-install trackers are available for suitable vehicles and use cases. Professionally installed hardwired options are also available where a concealed or specialist installation is preferable.
What information can I see?
Depending on the selected setup, you can view live locations, routes, stops, geofences, alerts, reports and driver behaviour information from desktop or mobile.
What is Trackmatic Driver?
Trackmatic Driver is a driver app that tracks a shift from the driver's phone, records which driver was driving which vehicle, and captures daily vehicle walk-around checks with photos. Everything appears in your Trackmatic portal. See how Trackmatic Driver works.
Do I need RFID fobs to know who was driving?
Not necessarily. Trackmatic Driver identifies the driver through their phone when they start a shift, so in many fleets there is no extra RFID reader or fobs to buy or fit. Read about driver identification.
What is the six-month Driver Tools offer?
Phone tracking, driver identification and walk-around checks are free to use for six months on eligible Trackmatic plans. Pricing after the free period depends on your fleet, so we confirm it with you when you enquire. Request a Driver Tools demo.
Does the system work in Europe?

Can Trackmatic support vans, HGVs, cars and mixed fleets?
Yes. Trackmatic supports cars, vans, HGVs, plant, trailers and mixed commercial fleets, from single vehicles through to larger operations.
Can tracking help with stolen vehicle response?
GPS tracking can improve location and movement visibility when a vehicle is moved without authorisation. Where appropriate, location information can be shared with the relevant authorities to support a response.
