Switching providers

Already using fleet tracking? See what it would involve to move to Trackmatic.

Tell us about your current setup and we will confirm what switching involves for your fleet - your contract timing, your existing hardware, and the setup that fits what you actually need. No pressure, no obligation to move.

We work around your contract Tell us when your current agreement ends and we will time things to suit, not force an early exit.
Your existing hardware may still work Some trackers can stay in place. Where they can't, we will tell you plainly rather than guess.
Nothing said against any other provider We will only ever talk about what Trackmatic does for your fleet, not make claims about who you use today.

What switching actually involves

Moving fleet-tracking provider usually comes down to three things: your current contract's end date, whether your existing hardware is worth keeping, and getting the new system set up without disrupting the fleet. We ask about all three in the form above so the answer we give you is based on your actual situation, not a generic estimate.

If your current contract still has time to run, we can agree a start date that lines up with it - there's no need to pay for two systems at once unless you want the overlap for a clean handover. If your hardware can stay in place we will say so; if it can't, we will explain why before you commit to anything.

Comparing Trackmatic against a specific provider? We've written a direct, factual comparison for Fleetmatics and what moving from it involves. If you use a different system, tell us in the form above and we'll cover the same ground for your setup.
